Information you give us. Our intake form ("Athletic IQ Blueprint") asks for name, date of birth, email, phone, and detailed information about training, including:
You choose what to share. Most questions are optional, though incomplete answers limit how useful your Blueprint can be.
Information collected automatically. Standard web data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site — plus cookies and similar technologies described below.
Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time.
We coach athletes as young as 8. Our intake is intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian when the athlete is under 18. By submitting information about a minor, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and consent to our collecting and using it as described here.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without a parent's knowledge, email info@athleticiqrx.com and we will delete it.

We keep intake submissions and Blueprints for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete them. Client records are kept for the duration of the coaching relationship and as required for business and legal purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you or your child, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Depending on where you live — including Connecticut and California — you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain sharing. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Athletic IQ provides strength, conditioning, and lifestyle coaching. Nothing we provide — including the Blueprint — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider. Talk to a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
