Book a call

Let's figure out what's actually going on.

You fill out a short intake, we build your athlete's Blueprint, and then we talk. Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. Pick a time below.

What actually happens on the call

First, we build your Blueprint

You fill out an intake before we talk. We turn it into an Athlete Blueprint — a written picture of your athlete: training history, schedule, injury history, and where the gaps are. We come to the call already knowing who we're talking about.

The call sharpens it

The Blueprint tells us what's there. The conversation tells us what matters most right now — the one thing actually holding your athlete back.

You leave with a direction

Either a coaching solution with us, or a path you can take on your own. Both are real answers, and we'll tell you honestly which one we think fits.

We'll tell you if it's a no

If your athlete needs a physician, a physical therapist, or a month off, we'll say that. We'd rather be right than get a client.

The things everyone asks

What does it cost?

We work off a monthly rate, with 3-month, 6-month, and annual commitment options. Which one makes sense depends on your athlete and how much support you actually want, so we go through the numbers on the call. Straightforward, no drawn-out reveal, no pressure.

Do we have to be local?

No. Remote coaching is the core of what AIQ Rx does — programming, check-ins, and reassessment all run through our coaching platform. Athletic IQ also has a physical training facility, and if you happen to be local we can talk about that separately.

How old does my athlete need to be?

We work with athletes from roughly age 8 through adult. What changes by age isn't whether we can help — it's what the training should look like. An 11-year-old and a college junior need very different things, and we don't pretend otherwise.

My kid already has a strength coach. Isn't this redundant?

Often it's the opposite. Most athletes have several people prescribing work and nobody accounting for the total. We're frequently the ones looking at everything at once — team lifts, practice, club, skills sessions — and identifying where the real overload is. Sometimes the recommendation is to do less, not to add us on top.

How long before we see something change?

Recovery and energy usually move first, often within a couple of weeks, because those respond quickly to load and sleep changes. Strength and performance numbers follow a training block. Anyone promising you a specific number on a specific date is guessing.

What if we're in the middle of a season?

That's a normal time to start. In-season programming looks different — lower volume, more maintenance and recovery — but doing nothing all season is how athletes arrive at the postseason flat. We build for the calendar you actually have.

Is this just a program you email me?

No. Programs without coaching are available if that's what you want, but AIQ Rx coaching means a real coach builds your plan, reads your weekly check-in, and adjusts. That relationship is the product.
